Booking a flight with Ad Astra is simple, streamlined, and designed to take just a few minutes: 1. Sign Up for Membership in the App Start by downloading the Ad Astra app and creating your membership. This unlocks access to booking, preferred pricing, and concierge support. 2. Submit Your Flight Request Inside the app, enter your trip details—departure, destination, dates, passenger count, and any special requests (pets, luggage, ground transportation, etc.). 3. We Handle the Rest Once your request is submitted, an Ad Astra team member will review your trip, optimize routing and pricing, and reach out directly to confirm details. 4. Confirm & Fly After confirmation, your flight is scheduled. Just show up and go—no lines, no stress, no wasted time.

Within 5 days of departure:
Payments become non-refundable.

80% of the total flight fee will be forfeited.
